01Do I need a full specification before contacting you?
No. Most engagements start from a problem statement, not a document. Part of our job is helping you turn the requirement into something specifiable in the first place.
02How quickly can you start?
Discovery usually begins within one to two weeks of agreeing scope. Urgent security or continuity situations are handled faster - say so in your message and we will treat it accordingly.
03Do you work with our existing IT team?
Often, yes. We embed alongside internal teams as a specialist partner - completing what they started or leading a track they do not have capacity for.
04Can you support us after go-live?
Yes. Delivery includes follow-up and support to confirm the objectives were met, and ongoing managed services are available for the platforms we implement.
